Do you charge a travel fee?

Yes, we charge a travel fee of $2 per mile. However, the first 30 miles are on us and completely free of charge.

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do! To secure your date, a $150 deposit is required. After that, your remaining balance will be divided into monthly payments, with the final payment due one month before your wedding date.

Do you require a meal during the event?

Accepted Answer

If we are photographing or filming your event for more than 4 hours and you are serving food to your guests, we kindly request to be served a hot meal. This ensures we can stay focused and perform at our best throughout the day.

What happens if our footage is damaged or lost?

In the highly unlikely event that your wedding day footage is damaged or lost, we will do everything possible to recover it. If recovery is not successful, we will discuss a fair refund. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and covers the time and effort spent capturing your wedding. (if you have selected to do the payment plan the first 50% you pay is considered your deposit)

How long does it take to receive our photos and videos?

You can expect to receive your wedding films within 10-12 weeks. We take great care in editing and curating your content to ensure the final product is perfect. If you don't want to wait 10-12 weeks we have an add on for a 4 week expedited edit you can purchase!

Can we book both photography and videography services?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely! We offer both photography and videography services. You can book them individually or as both, depending on your needs.

Question 7

How much time should we set aside for photos on the wedding day?

We recommend setting aside at least 45 minutes to an hour for formal portraits and group photos. This ensures we have enough time to capture a variety of beautiful moments without feeling rushed. This is something we can go over more in detail once you are officially booked with us!

What is your booking process?

After you've chosen the services you'd like from our brochure, we’ll schedule a phone call to discuss all the details! Following that, we will send you an invoice and contract via email. To officially secure your booking on our calendar, we require a signed contract and a deposit. Once those are completed, you’re all BOOKED!

Do you offer raw footage or unedited photos?

We don’t provide raw footage or unedited photos, as we believe in delivering a polished product that reflects our professional style. Something we offer instead is a Fear of Missing Out or FOMO edit. A FOMO edit is essentially a 3-4 hour video of everything we shot on your wedding day. In other words - a glorified Home Video Edit! We take all of our footage and place it in our Editing Timeline chronologically. Any horribly shaky or duplicated shots will be removed.
