Since opening in 2011, Commonwealth Cake Company has become well known for creating delicious confections offering sophisticated flavors and unique designs. What started as a creative outlet quickly transformed into a blossoming business. With a background in the Fine Arts and a love for baking, it's always an amazing journey using cake to create stunning edible masterpieces.

Designed to celebrate natural beauty from the inside out, our cake layers are baked with organic eggs and local ingredients including tri-color carrots, seasonal berries, and even local spirits and craft beer from time to time. We use botanical extracts to naturally color buttercream and style our cakes with wild foraged edible flowers, freshly-plucked herbs, culinary greens and blushing fruits on the vine.

At Passionflower Cakes, my goal is simple: to make your dream cake come true. That means everything—from high quality locally-sourced ingredients to custom designs. Whether it’s a gluten-free sailboat or an elegant wedding cake, I will work to make sure you remember it forever. We’ll plan your cake by e-mail, phone, or in person.
