I have been honored to be part of the Charlottesville and Central Virginia local food community since 1993, working as a chef, caterer, baker, barista, and farmer. Now I am using my experience and knowledge of our area, its venues, farms and resources to create one of a kind, delicious desserts. Beautiful Creative Delicious - this is the motto that the crew of CBR live by when crafting our specialty desserts. We have a reputation for great taste which is the basis for all of our cakes and desserts. The whole process is customized to each couple, from the tasting to designing the cake, to taking some home at the end of the night. We use creativity and passion to make your cake a work of art, including watercolor, painted buttercream, and delicate sugar flower decoration.
