Designed to celebrate natural beauty from the inside out, our cake layers are baked with organic eggs and local ingredients including tri-color carrots, seasonal berries, and even local spirits and craft beer from time to time. We use botanical extracts to naturally color buttercream and style our cakes with wild foraged edible flowers, freshly-plucked herbs, culinary greens and blushing fruits on the vine.

    We loved our wedding cake from Cake Bloom, it was exactly what we were looking for - classic, small, and delicious! The tasting process was so much fun because all of their cakes were so good that it was hard to decide. I'd never really enjoyed a vanilla cake until I tried theirs and we went with it as our wedding cake flavor! They turned our vision into a reality and it was so easy to order our cake for pickup. I can't wait to be back in the Charlottesville area and pick up a piece from their shop!

    I wanted a very classic and elegant looking wedding cake, ideally lemon-flavored and not thousands and thousands of dollars. We looked through a lot of different bakeries in the Charlottesville area, and are so, so grateful we found Cake Bloom. Working with Carrington was so easy and she is very responsive, and they're really reasonably priced. After tasting the flavors, it was one of the easiest decisions to say YES to them. The Cake Bloom team brought my wedding cake dreams to life, and it was one of the most delicious cakes I've ever had too. You really can't go wrong with them!
