I always had a passion for baking, but catering for my friend’s baby shower made me realize I wanted to turn baking into more than just a hobby. Baking gave me the fulfillment I could not find elsewhere.

I started baking in my early teens for fun. Home-style baking at first, then training in my cousin's bakeries in Solvang, California.
