I started baking in my early teens for fun. Home-style baking at first, then training in my cousin's bakeries in Solvang, California. Family and Friends began to request pies, cakes and other dessert items for their special events from me, so I decided to make it my business. Menu available on my website

We are an online bakery serving Orange County, California. Our focus is fresh, seasonal and locally sourced products and ingredients for your cakes and pastries. Our cakes are baked only 3 days prior to your event for maximum freshness and flavor.

    Julie of Sweet Surrender lives up to the name.. SWEET! Sweet surrender made my wedding cake and delivered something better than I could have imagined. She listened to everything that I wanted and made the most perfect cake. She was always available for questions I had and made us feel a part of it every step of the way. Everyone loved our cake and gave it 10/10 for taste and looks. I will without a doubt continue to use sweet surrender for all of my dessert needs.

    If I could give Sweet Surrender more stars, I would! We had an amazing experience with Julie and her team. Very professional and exceptional service with communication, time management, and making sure all our needs were met. Not to mention, the desserts were phenomenal and our guests couldn’t stop raving about them! We’ve booked Sweet Surrender a few times and will continue to use them for all our events!
