“I cannot even put in to words how thankful I am that we had Tyson as our DJ at our wedding!! Our day was absolutely perfect and a large part of that was due to Tyson’s organization, creativity and fun spirit. We have not stopped receiving messages asking who our DJ was and for his contact information because he was just THAT GOOD!!! The dance floor was so crowded and not a single guest left early because Tyson curated the most perfect party through music. “Follow the Sun is seriously the best band ever! Not only do they sound amazing, they were so easy to communicate and plan with and are just genuinely good people. Prior to booking, we came out to watch a live performance and even though they were crazy busy, they each made a point to come say hi and get to know us a little bit. Sophie (our contact person for emails while planning) was personable, responsive, and beyond accommodating. They offer complimentary song requests during the planning process and personalized their performances to include us and our people They also played our ceremony live, and it was better than I could have ever imagined it would be! All we wanted for our wedding day was to celebrate and have fun with our friends and family, and Follow the Sun was the exact vibe we were looking for! I don’t think we left the dance floor once all night, other than to take sunset photos. It was a little nerve racking having a meeting so close to the big day but Terrell and Derek both made us feel comfortable that everything would go smoothly. On the day of the wedding Terrell was at a venue he has never worked at before but set up and communication was seamless. He kept the party going and had the dance floor packed all night (one of the most important things for us that night). We didn't give him a playlist; just more like some guidelines and he did an amazing job. He came up to me and my husband to ensure we were happy (and even fed!). He communicated with me and the photographer to ensure all the big moments were captured before the photographer had to leave which was so nice because the thought to do that had not even occurred to me.
