Grab your date—change your date even— so you can have your wedding here. They book up fast and now I see why. Everyone at Millcreek Inn made our wedding absolutely outstanding. The venue itself is gorgeous and in the best location to give you a feel of being out of the city (without being hours away). The fact that you have someone to walk you through the whole thing, and coordinate on the day of, was hands down the best. Hannah is a real pro, and a total sweetheart. She coordinated with our vendors and took so much work off my plate so we could be in the moment and soak it all in. Everyone raved about the food. Everyone had a great time. AND dogs are allowed. It doesn't get any better than that.

Our facility includes accommodating Brides and Grooms rooms, a spiral staircase, and a mahogany baby grand player piano. During the warmer months enjoy a wonderfully landscaped garden with gazebo and waterfall.

I grew up doing back yard receptions so I assumed that's what I'd do for my wedding. With a wedding in the middle of winter we started looking at other options. Carmelle was PERFECT. It is absolutely beautiful but even more importantly... someone else took care of all the stress for me. I showed up, got dressed. had fun, and left (with food they'd packaged up for us to eat later!) My family didn't have to set up or clean up after. Their food was absolutely delicious. My family and friends still comment on how great the food tasted! And they were so easy to work with and laid out all my options for me. I would 100% recommend using Carmelle in the future and it's where I will push for my future family to do their weddings and events!

Memorial House At Memory Grove Park

The area which now comprises Memory Grove Park was set aside as a city park in 1902. The park however, remained unimproved until the 1920s when the women of the Salt Lake chapter of the Service Star Legion asked the city to designate the park as a memorial honoring America's soldiers and spearheaded the planting of trees and placement of monuments in the park. Memorial House was constructed around 1890 as a stable and equipment storage shed for contractor Patrick J. Moran. When Salt Lake City acquired the park area in 1902, the city's water department used the building as their barn, tool shed, and blacksmith shop as it was located directly across from the city's water intake structure on City Creek. In 1926, Salt Lake City leased the building to the Service Star Legion which planned to use it for veteran's activities and they renovated it to become an events center, there have been weddings held at Memorial House ever since. Now operated by Preservation Utah.

Memorial House is a beautiful venue! I'm a wedding photographer and work at all sorts of venues all the time. Memorial House really stands out. The indoor spaces of the historic venue are lovely. They are spacious enough to accommodate large groups while still feeling intimate and cozy. On top of that, the setting in one of Salt Lake's favorite parks can't be beat. You're close to everything downtown while feeling tucked away in the natural beauty of Memory Grove. If that wasn't enough, Lindsi and the events team are fantastic and will help make sure your event goes off without a hitch. I couldn't recommend Memorial House more!

It is affordable and elegant for any event you are planning. The Grand Ballroom is easily located on Bountiful’s historical Main Street.

We had our wedding luncheon here. Great communication and very organized. They had a map of where we wanted all the tables and other items placed, lots of colors for tablecloths and I just loved how organized and efficient they were. It took the stress out of this part of the wedding. A few years ago we also had a wedding reception here. They have a huge parking lot, which was a problem we encountered on another reception place.

We have done some fantastic lighting/draping and are excited for the possibilities of future unique ceiling décor treatments. Love that the Chandelier in the middle lowers to add greenery or to switch out for a fancy crystal chandelier or a disco ball! Our company employees come here frequently in our free time to enjoy the food and atmosphere.

I recently attended a wedding at the Northampton house and I was super impressed! They had plenty on parking to accommodate all of the guests, and the venue itself is spacious and beautiful! not only was the price AMAZING for the huge venue AND outside area AND it’s own parking lot AND the beautiful views-the girls running the venue made it the smoothest most amazing process!!! i got 2 girls that helped me plan EVERYTHING, set up everything day of, and literally made it so smooth and easy. It was gorgeous, i got SO many compliments on the venue-probably 20 different people came up to us saying it was one of the prettiest venues they had seen!!! seriously such a hit, it’s so beautiful, there’s an uninhibited view of the mountains, and Belle and the other girl working for River bridge made it the easiest process ever.
