The Chicken Slacks are "Boston's Hardest Working Classic Soul, Funk, and R&B Band"! We consist of 7-members and when we play weddings or other events we include a sound engineer with some stage lighting. We also provide other services for an extra fee. We held down a 15-year residency at The Word Famous Cantab Lounge in Central Square, Cambridge, MA before the 2020 pandemic. Not only am I the band's client relations manager, I also play saxophone and am the band's emcee. We've been entertaining people at weddings and other functions for years with bands and as DJs. We love making people laugh, smile and just have a great time. We noticed there weren't many DJs in NH that could offer the live music services couples wanted for their ceremony or cocktail hour. That's when we decided to create this business.
