Each staff member I spoke to or worked with were very friendly and accommodating from day 1. There is no hidden fees for anything! This is what I was afraid of but, this venue is awesome! They are upfront about every detail and priced very well. I felt I got what I paid for with no regrets! They have excellent customer service and very understanding to any issue/situation I had. They were there when I had (what I felt) a dumb question and always reassured me. They all made me feel welcomed and made me feel so comfortable even though I was overwhelmed with nervousness, I felt their support when I needed them. I would strongly recommend this place everyone! My words can’t express how happy I was on my wedding day with how everything turned out.”

Even though it was an hour ceremony, Dylan and his team was so communicative and provided wonderful recommendations for photographers/officiants/etc. They were so kind, friendly, & accommodating. This place has so much Vegas history and we felt so special to be a part of it. I highly recommend doing the tour at the neon museum as well. Our Friends were such in AWE of the place.
