If you opt for one of our beautiful venue and decor packages, you will receive six hours of event time and we will take care of everything else. This is our most popular, best package. Let us handle the decor for you. Alternatively, if you choose one of our packages that includes only the venue and you handle your own decor, you will be given eight hours. This venue-only package encompasses the complete decor, event setup, and breakdown. Should you decide on our venue-only package, and additional time will be necessary, it will be billed at a rate of $300 per hour.

No, our venue is fully insured. coverage is included in the rate.

yes we have the capacity to host approximately 70 vehicles in our lot and additional street parking is available. If a client would like to upgrade parking, we can also coordinate valet services starting at $1500.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Great news! Typically, our rates remain consistent throughout the year, although there are certain months when we experience higher demand. Opting for a venue and decor package will maintain the same rate. However, choosing our venue-only package [where you provide your own decorations] results in a lower rate on weekdays.

Absolutely, our team provides a thorough wedding planning service customized to suit your preferences for a reasonable fee. Furthermore, our wedding planning services are accessible whether you choose to utilize our venue space or opt for a different location. Depending on the package selected, we can arrange for an on-site event coordinator to oversee your special day. By selecting our venue and decor package, the on-site event coordinator is included.

We are pleased to present two exceptional packages currently available at The Beautiful Event Center. One option grants you the freedom to oversee your decorations while we exclusively provide the venue rental and decor. Our venue-only package starts at $1750, with pricing varying based on the selected date. Alternatively, we offer all-inclusive venue and decor packages starting at $4999. To elevate your event, additional services such as appetizers, dinner, DJ services, bar services, and more can be added for a nominal fee.

AAll events must conclude by 12 midnight. The duration of the event is determined by the package chosen, with a minimum of five hours.
