The Retreat at Evans Farms is a beautiful, lush 700 acre farm located between Springfield and Dayton with a little over an hour drive from Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio. Canyon Run Ranch is a destination wedding venue in a lush, green, privately-owned nature preserve situated on 153 acres. Couples experience magical weddings in the forest on the ridge, get photos beside the creek above the waterfalls, and celebrate with their guests in the warmth of the authentic, historic bank barn under 1,000’s of twinkle lights, all powered by solar energy. Canyon Run practices sustainability without sacrificing comfort oe beauty. CRR is a private, secluded venue offering excellent, personal service with a touch of whimsy for a fun and eco-friendly wedding.

We welcome guests who are planning a wedding, family reunion, graduation, corporate outing, or any other type of celebration. We have a large tent (20 ft. x 100 ft.) on a concrete pad for outdoor events and climate-controlled restroom facilities. The restroom building also has a separate dressing room area. A large pavilion is also available to serve as an area to serve food and beverage. A pergola with a large concrete area is available for the wedding ceremony. We are constructing a 10,000 sq. ft. indoor event center with a January, 2023 estimated completion date. It will include a catering area, bar, bridal suite, additional restrooms and a large patio area next to the pond.
