From the moment we opened our doors in 2006, Badger Farms has been a popular venue for barn weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, strategic planning retreats, special events, private dinners, etc. Besides being a wedding event venue, Badger Farms is also a working farm, which makes our facility well-liked in the agricultural community. Most of our 500 acres are planted with marsh hay and then sold to southern Wisconsin farmers, horse enthusiasts, and contractors daily. By offering these services to the Madison, Wisconsin area, Badger Farms is an important asset to the agri-tourism, farming, and construction community. Our goal is to give our customers and clients the personal attention they deserve.

Located in the heart of downtown Barrington, this 1898 home belonged to local philanthropists John and Julia Robertson at the turn of the century. It was meticulously restored in 2015 to capture the timeless beauty of the home while providing every modern amenity. We can accommodate both intimate weddings of 50 or less and larger weddings up to 130 (150 for ceremony only).

Wild Onion Brewery and Banquets is a rustic wedding venue located in Lake Barrington, Illinois. It is truly a unique one-of-a-kind destination. The Great Hall was built in 2006 with a clear vision of unparalleled beauty that would invoke a sense of architectural awe and serenity. Located in Vernon Hills, Illinois, Loyola Lake County is home to the Cuneo family collection of fine art and furnishings, set in a beautiful 100-acre estate. Since receiving the estate, Loyola has completed a number of renovations and added a meeting and event pavilion for courses, lectures and special events. Loyola will continue its investment in the mansion.

The house, known today as Reid Hall, was completed in 1908 and the family moved in on May 5, led by J. Ogden Armour, until approximately September of 1927. Many of the house’s mantle pieces, there are 15, and the paneling of the library reading room (or former living room), were imported from Paris, Vienna and London, including the marble dining room while the main walls are of Italian marble, the central panels of each wall have been painted over the plaster to simulate actual marble. It is also reputed that the marble staircase was built with the primary purpose in mind that their daughter, Lolita Ogden Armour, would descend the curving stairway on her wedding day, which she did in 1921, to John J. Mitchell, Jr. Eventually the property was sold to Lake Forest Academy where classes began in 1948. Today, Academy grounds total approximately 170 acres.

The Chapel was finished in 1905 and was in use until 2007 when the 3 Catholic Parishes (St. Michael’s, St. Patrick’s, and St. Peter’s) merged into one. The new Parish is now known as St. Katharine Drexel Parish. In November 2010 we purchased the church from St. Katharine Drexel Parish. A lifeless shell that had been empty for 3 years, we hope to revitalize this stately building, share its beauty and grandeur with the community, and open it to all who are looking for a unique space to hold events. Opening in mid-summer of 2011, Chapel of the Archangels is limited only by your imagination, we offer a great place to hold weddings, wedding receptions, anniversaries, vow renewals. The sky’s the limit! We also offer a convenient reception hall, meeting and educational facility in the Angel’s Den downstairs, complete with bar, kitchen facilities, and Wi-Fi. We are a non-denominational facility. We are also handicapped accessible to both the main sanctuary and to the basement via the elevator.

Fat Apple Farm is a family-owned wedding venue located in dodge county between Columbus and Beaver Dam. We offer wedding weekends, allowing you to slow down.
