Couples have access to the 5,000-square-foot 1840's renovated barn with a capacity of 200 people, complete with third-floor mezzanine and spiral staircase in the silo to all levels. The lower-level milk parlor with a large walk-out patio is not only the ideal place for a cocktail hour, but can also be used as a backup plan to hold the ceremony in the case of inclement weather. The third-floor mezzanine and spiral staircase creates a rustic charm with modern elegance. There are also multiple ceremony locations available; under the 100 year old oak tree, in the expansive pasture or in the renovated milk parlor, there is no shortage of space depending on desired style.
