Pine Hills Country Club is an elegant wedding venue in Sheboygan, Wisconsin that provides guests with panoramic views of the award winning golf course and Pigeon River. This venue features a very romantic atmosphere with a private club staff that will go above and beyond to make your wedding at the Pine Hills Country Club unique and memorable. Pine Hills Country Club can accommodate up to 250 guests on the first floor clubhouse event space. The room rental includes the following: dance floor, parking, tables and chairs, access for pictures on the golf course, placeware, glassware and silverware, private deck, (2) bars and house linens. Pine Hills also offers an outdoor ceremony location. This venue is devoted to making your day as unique as it can be. Along with hosting wedding ceremonies and receptions, Pine Hills Country Club offers its venue for bridal showers, engagement parties and rehearsal dinners.

The Head of Events at Pine Hills, Jonathan, was wonderful to work with. He was very quick to respond to emails and understanding when we had to make adjustments along the way. He coordinated with our vendors which removed a lot of stress for us. I can imagine that the planning process would have been much more difficult if there wasn't someone like Jonathan to help us through it. The reception ran smoothly and the waitstaff were great as well.

By both State Law and policy we do not allow carry ins or corkage fees of any kind. We have an extensive selection of beverage options as well as a dedicated staff that will work to make sure you have what you need!

Yes, for no additional charge you have access to the 155 parking spaces of the club. In addition, we have preferred vendors that have provided shuttle service for guests.

Yes, our facilities are wheelchair accessible with an elevator and the Banquet Floor itself is on a single level.

No two weddings are alike, and as such, we pride ourselves on being very flexible and working with you to make sure that you have the time that you need to make everything perfect. Typically, the space is contracted out for 14 hours (from 10am until midnight) though in addition, set up the day prior may be available.

The initial booking fee is a non-refundable deposit. Beyond this, the schedule for cancellation is as follows: More than 90 days prior to scheduled date: An amount equal to 25% of the food, beverage and room rental is retained by Pine Hills. Within 90 days prior to and more than 30 days prior to the scheduled date: An amount equal to 50% of the food, beverage and room rental. Within 30 days and more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled date: An amount equal to 75% of the food, beverage and room rental. Within 72 hours prior to the scheduled date: An amount equal to 100% of the scheduled food, beverage, room rental, tax and gratuity.
