Their communication was always prompt, responsive, and accommodating, which put us at ease during the wedding planning process. The venue itself was an elegant and luxurious showstopper - the perfect backdrop for our special day. Our day-of coordinator, Katie, went above and beyond to ensure everything was organized and flowed beautifully. Katie was working weeks in advance to make sure all the details were taken care of. This was tremendous help since we live out of town and did not have a wedding planner. We could not have asked for a better experience, and we are so grateful to the Crystal Ballroom team for making our wedding day truly unforgettable.

Separk Mansion is a wedding venue located in Gastonia, North Carolina that is just 20 minutes from Charlotte. This renovated mansion is designed with beautiful weddings in mind and will give you an elegant backdrop that will create a celebration that is full of everlasting memories. Separk Mansion is ideal for both indoor and outdoor weddings. The first floor ballroom retains old vintage hardwood floors and has a ceiling that shimmers with crystal chandeliers. At the front there is a large staircase as well as large front doors that lead to an expansive limestone veranda that can be used for a cocktail hour. This impressive estate was built in 1919 by textile mogul Joseph Separk. He lived in the mansion with his wife and son during the 1920s. In 2012 it underwent complete renovation and is currently one of the most popular locations for ceremonies and receptions. The mansion is part of the York Chester Historic District and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Working with Separk was super easy from start to finish. We had Hannah as our wedding coordinator and she did a great job with creating and sticking to the timeline. She also did great at setting up our decor items and some flowers we brought to the venue. She was very communicative with us and our bridal party/family so that everyone knew what was expected from them for the ceremony. Overall we had a great experience with Separk and had the most perfect wedding thanks to them!

Hartsoe Farms was phenominal. They far exceeded my expectations. When we booked our wedding, Kasey Hartsoe showed us a book of decorations to choose from. She helped me customize my tables based off my color choices and she put the flowers and decorations together. During the process after I left, she sent me pictures until I was satisfied with the results. I love that they set up and tear down for the clients! When we took our photos, there were so many locations to choose from. Its so peaceful and beautiful out there on the farm. Since our wedding almost two years ago there have been numerous improvements to the property. The shelter is now closed in with a beautiful gray wood on the exterior and a brown rustic look on the inside. The beautiful fairy lights make you feel transported. They also built a beautiful bridge you can take pictures on or walk over into the woods where there is alsp a bench to take pictures or get away for a private moment to speak as newly weds. I particularly like The Lounge where you can get ready or do touch ups before your event. The "Bridal" suite is elegant with many places to sit and a bar in the bathroom to do your make up. The "Grooms" suite is very manly, and well decorated. They provide wine glasses and whisky glasses for a sophisticated look in photos and for your guests in the bridal/groom lounge. They also added some out door bathrooms so your guests dont have to go all the way into the Lounge. They also do your music for you if you send a playlist. Overall, I can't believe this location is as cheap as it is with the services provided. If i could give 11/10 stars I would!! Thanks Hartsoe Farms for the perfect wedding!

The pavilion was uniquely designed and hand-crafted by friends & neighbors. The elegant bridal suite is spacious with over 1000 sf of space, private bathroom, & hair and makeup stations. There is a full commercial caterer's kitchen, public bathrooms, and grooms suite. The open but covered grand hall is 6000 sf with 2 huge chandeliers, Edison string lights, post lights, and a huge rock fireplace. There are also motorized curtains on the west side that can be closed or opened with a touch of a button. Scott with Big R Orchards is phenomenal! He is a joy to work with - professional, positive energy, incredibly kind and gets the job done! He was very responsive and answered all of my many questions throughout the planning process. He also gladly accommodated a few last minute set up changes. Scott was extremely helpful during the ceremony, carting us across the property to get to our spots for ceremony and golden hour. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. We had a fall wedding and the trees were just gorgeous! The tables, chairs and decore that he provided were exactly as described. The venue structure is awesome and the recent upgrades really elevated the space. Scott’s space is already so beautiful that you really don’t need much in terms of decore. If you are looking for an outdoor wedding venue with natural beauty that won’t break the bank, look no further. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue, owner or crew to work with!

I cannot say enough about Caitlyn and her amazing staff! When hurricane Helene destroyed our venue in the mountains, she reached out and told me they could make it happen and assured us it would still be beautiful. The venue alone is stunning! All of the small details you don't think, about they have! Caitlyn hit the ground running as soon as we said yes! She works with the most kind hearted vendors and they stepped in to plan a meal and drinks for our guests. The kind of service and love that they pour into their venue is seen in everything they do. Caitlyn and her team helped with everything from setting up table decor, setting up the food and drink and even held my train as I walked down to the isle. Peep the picture. :) I could only imagine the kinds of weddings that happen at this venue with more time to plan! If you are looking for a full experience wedding that will leave you feeling like you became part of their family this is it! I LOVE THE BARN AT REYNOLDA in Winston Salem! I'm a wedding photographer and I have shot multiple weddings and events at the Barn at Reynolda, and they have always been amazing to work with. They are kind, make sure that everyone is taken care of and that everything is running smoothly. From a photography standpoint, the fact that the entire barn interior is white makes for the most stunning photos. Brides and grooms can take portraits both inside and out, and I love the bar in the silo during cocktail hour.
