The Hall is host to a variety of classes, dances, wedding receptions, art fairs, fundraisers, birthday parties and community events. A destination nursery that not only serves the Sky Valley but surrounding areas of Everett, Woodinville, Kirkland & Seattle... Located in the foothills of the Cascades mountains above beautiful Skykomish Valley, our golf course was originally built in the 1900s as Blue Boy Ranch, a successful thoroughbred training facility. The ranch was converted into a golf course in 1992, and we have since grown to be one of the most popular courses in the area. The golf course is named after the pig in the movie “State Fair”.
