Bloom and Ivy Weddings - Event Planning and Floral Design

5.0

  • Starts at $1,500
  • Serves Monroe, GA

Bloom and Ivy Weddings specializes in floral design, wedding planning, coordinating, and more! Founders Tracy and Jill are a mother-daughter duo who strive to help couples find the right style for their special day. We take pride in our ability to work with our clients in an open and friendly manner.

I cannot recommend Bloom and Ivy enough! For starters they were so flexible when I had to move up my wedding and were willing to work with me to make my vision come true given the shorter timeline. They were willing to meet up with me to better understand my vision and I must say they definitely surpassed my expectations for my March 2024 wedding. My Disney fairytale wedding came to life and the florals they provided were all absolutely beautiful. They were so friendly and kind and within budget as well! I fell in love with my bouquet, the table arrangements, everything was just all so beautiful. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for florals for their event Thank you Tracy & Jill and your whole team :)

Ivy and Sterling Florals were an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was quick and responsive, and they were always focused on doing whatever they could to make us feel happy and confident. Working with Brittnye & Gardenia for my NYE wedding was truly a pleasure! Brittnye had her work cut out for her because I wasn't the girl who dreamed of her wedding or planned any detail before the event! During our first meeting, Brittnye asked me what I wanted as far as florals, and all I could tell her was what I absolutely DID NOT want! Eventually, while talking about what I didn't want, we were able to come up with a long list of what I DID. After a couple hours, a vision was formed and Brittnye went to work on what would become the most gorgeous wedding florals/design that I had ever seen. From our bouquets, to the table arrangements, candles lining the aisle, altar arrangements and fresh florals on our cake, Brittnye and Gardenia NAILED IT! My bouquet was truly one of the most gorgeous florals that I've ever seen and to this day I wish I had it preserved to enjoy every day! If you're looking for a florist/event designer for your wedding, do NOT hesitate to contact Gardenia! You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Brittnye & Gardenia, for making the dreams I didn't even know I had come true!

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

    4.9

    • Starts at $350
    • Serves Monroe, GA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

    Awarded Best of Zola
I ordered the "peaches and cream" small package. We decided to skip on ceremony florals, and only have handhelds and bud vases at the reception. We did buy a few more flowers from the grocery to add more peach once the flowers arrived. We made and medium sized bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 3 corsages, and 7 bouts. (With lots of flowers left over). My bridesmaids and I did the arranging the morning before the wedding; it was fun, and a great start to the weekend. None of us had experience, but it all turned out great! If you or your bridal party are mildly crafty, I'd highly recommend it!

Jen is incredible and worth every penny! My husband and I weren't very sure about how we wanted our wedding florals to look. We also didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on flowers that would only last a day. We stumbled upon wood flowers and discovered Wood and Word Blooms! Working with Jen was wonderful and seamless. She helps you every step of the way to figure out what you would like. The DIY class was so much fun, and we were able to build all of our centerpieces, boutonnières, and bouquets. Jen also built my cascade bouquet and beautiful garland for us! Lush Design Studio was an absolute dream to work with! Another vendor referred me to Bethany, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From our very first conversation, she understood exactly what I needed—florals for the cake, bridal party, mothers, and a gorgeous garland for the estate table at our reception. I didn’t need an elaborate floral setup, and Bethany was so accommodating, never pushing for more than what I wanted but instead making sure every detail was perfect. As a bride with a general idea of what I wanted but no real floral expertise, Bethany took my vision and turned it into something truly stunning. She pulled all the pieces together beautifully, creating arrangements that softened the event space in such an elegant way without overpowering the décor or taking attention away from us as a couple. The bouquets were absolutely breathtaking, and the garland at our estate table was the perfect touch of romance. Bethany’s professionalism, creativity, and kindness made the entire process seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for a florist who listens, delivers exceptional quality, and brings your vision to life with grace and expertise, Lush Design Studio is the one! Highly recommend!

    The Flower Garden Shop

    5.0

    • Starts at $1,500
    • Serves Monroe, GA

Weddings are a celebration of love. As humans, we have a deep, primal need for a “village,” a group of people whom we trust to support us. And where would we be without the love of our family and chosen family? It heals us, brings us together, celebrates our differences, and it allows us to keep going when this big adventure gets scary. So when we get together for a wedding, we get to share that love with those we care about. Just like a painter or a poet, those involved in the planning of a wedding are artists hired to create a scene that reflects the love in the space. We would love to be a part of your team!

Araiza Florals is a wedding + event floral design company based in Georgia. We use flowers as a form of storytelling and create designs that reflect our clients' love story through intentional, bespoke, and romantic blooms.

In a field of floral designs that felt repetitive and overdone, I struggled to get excited about my wedding flowers—until I met Darian. Her floral creations were a breath of fresh air, with unique blooms that burst with color, whether vibrant or muted. She perfectly captured my aesthetic from the start, and even though we scheduled follow-up meetings to tweak the design, there was no need; her vision was already stunning. On the day of the wedding, her execution was flawless, and I was absolutely blown away. Months later, I’m still obsessed with how my bouquet looked. Darian’s talent will catch your eye, but it’s her professionalism and kind soul that will make your wedding planning experience stress-free.

We hired Paula and Samantha pretty down to the wire of our wedding, but they immediately jumped in! We contacted them on Friday, and they had our proposal ready by Monday! Our flowers fit our vibe perfectly: I wanted something to pull from the venue's brick, but not look too "autumny" for our January wedding, and they nailed it! They look and feel like "regular" flowers, but they'll last forever and have so far held up perfectly! We're gifting a number of our pieces to our mothers and grandmothers as keepsakes from our amazing day, while saving the rest to display around our house! We're so happy to have such beautiful mementoes to remember it by!

She took the care to make sure I had what I wanted and sent me multiple pictures during the process and of the finished result before we picked them up for the wedding. She accepted my feedback and made changes to the bouquets to match my vision. I still have my bouquet and my husbands boutonniere as keepsakes that remind me of our special day.
