Beautiful Weddings and Event Rentals

The company is owned by Marlene Fortner who works alongside her family to bring many couples vision to life with the following services: Tent, Rentals, Decor, Florals (real/silk), Draping, Lighting, Dance Floors, Place Settings, and more! All you need is the vision, leave the rest up to us! Marlene works to help bring the decor and floral visions to life for each client personally. Her daughter in law Erika is head in operations, planning with clients, booking, scheduling, and floral/decor. Her husband Jason is the go to for all things tents and custom builds. Austin is the head of the operations, and you’ll see all of them throughout!

We take your vision and bring it to life in every way. We work with both clients that need floral design assistance all the way to the bride who knows exactly what they want! We work with both real and silk florals which is often hard to find a vendor that does both!

(1X) 60-inch round or 8-foot rectangle table to seat 8 people, 1X floor length table linen, 1X custom centerpiece, 8X Chiavari chairs in Gold, Silver, or White or padded folding chair in white or wood, 8X Charger plates in Gold, Silver, wood grain, 8X dinner plates, 8X linen napkins, 8X sets of silverware 8X Drinking glasses For $175 per table to include full setup. Breakdown is not included but available at additional fee. *offered to seat 10 guests each for $215. Upgrades available.

    Beautiful Weddings and Event Rentals was an amazing vendor for our daughter’s first birthday! Their communication was efficient, fast, and very kind throughout the entire process. The quality of their work and value was the best around - they created a custom backdrop that made for the most beautiful photos at my daughter's first birthday party. The team treated her special day like it was their own celebration, going above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend Beautiful Weddings and Event Rentals to any couple looking for a florist/decorator who will make your big day day the best it can be!

    I have worked professionally with BWE more times then I can count. They are professional, creative, caring, helpful & just all around amazing people. Not to mention that their pricing & quality is better than any other company in the state. They have just about everything you could ask for in their inventory. If they don't have it, they will do their best to purchase, or even handcraft it for you. They will listen to your needs & offer ideas or solutions when needed. You are never just a number with BWE - you will have an amazing team of people on your side in every step of the planning process & you really couldn't ask for anything else when planning an event.
