The barn at ColdSpring Farm was built in 2008-09 and updated as a venue in 2019. It is a true post and beam barn intended originally for our horses but they prefer to be outside no matter what the weather or season! The barn is rustic yet elegant and has many lovely features to facilitate your special day! The downstairs is fully equipped for dining or dancing, cocktails or even your ceremony should rain threaten. The upstairs is bright, open and typically where dinner is served and a great place for dancing into the evening. A sweet Bride's Cottage sits near our ceremony area. It is a magical little cottage meant for the bride and her party. The ceremony area is fully of live edge benches and a beautiful cedar arbor. And finally, the patio has a large fire pit, a bocce court, rustic tables and plenty of spots for s'mores and fun throughout your day and evening.

Maple Rock Farm is one of the oldest homesteads in Parsonsfield, ME. Rich with history, this 14-acre property is home to a 5-bed room colonial farmhouse and gorgeous post-and-beam barn. From the upper and lower apple orchards to the 100-year old maple grove adorning the entranceway, this beautifully nostalgic location brings all New England has to offer to one place. Maple Rock Farm is a special place where joy is shared and memories are made. Our wedding season runs from May to October. Apple Acres Farm is a certified organic fruit farm located just 45 minutes west of Portland, Maine, in the western Lakes & Mountains region. Your ceremony and reception will be nestled in the trees, overlooking the Saco River Valley. Our venue offers a wide variety of packages with a starting cost of $5,000 + rentals (tent, chairs, tables etc). While building an old style building and incorporating all of today's amenities, such as temperature controlled environment, lighting, plumbing and plenty of parking it makes the perfect place for your venue.

The historic Horse & Hound is a 12-bedroom lodge in the White Mountains that is perfect for an intimate micro-wedding or grand affair. Guests have easy access to some of the northeast's best hiking, and mountain and road biking. The lodge sits on a quiet country road two hours from Boston, Portland and Burlington, so your guests will have easy access to airport. The eight-acre estate offers variety of options for wedding events, including: an exposed-beam dining room, a large paved patio, upper and lower outdoor terraces, a charming garden and greenhouse, and a horse trailer bar! Couples can also take advantage of the venue’s many photo opportunities, including among the sugar maples and the bridge over the babbling brook. The Horse & Hound provides an easy drop off and turnaround spot for buses and 55 parking spaces for wedding guests.
