“We hired Adam to DJ at our wedding. His price quote was the best we received and I was impressed with his attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth right from the start. We had a small wedding (about 50 people) and the crowd was older, mostly in their 40s and up. Adam is young, but he really knows his music! “Brian is one of the best wedding DJs in the business. In the past two years I’ve been to eight different weddings. Brian was the DJ for three of the eight, and the party/reception component of the events was never more fun than when Brian was driving the bus. He is an east coast DJ, but he spun tracks at both of my sister-in-laws’ weddings and as we were searching for a DJ for our own wedding we reached out just to see what he would charge for a wedding in Chicago. “Steve and his band were INCREDIBLE at our wedding. They were phenomenal at feeling out the energy, keeping the energy up when everyone was on the dance floor, and just playing bangers that our guests of all ages were able to sing to. Truly the classics but enough variety that it wasn’t always overly played songs. Our guests were chanting “one more song” at the end. Before the wedding Steve was so kind and responsive, working with us to make sure he knew the schedule precisely plus the vibe we were going for. We have been raving about them for weeks after the wedding. I hope we have some other opportunity to have them again, but I would highly recommend having Steve and co. make your event memorable. “You won’t regret hiring Tony and Platinum Entertainment, but you will regret not hiring them. Your DJ/MC is one of the most if not the most important vendor that you will book for your wedding. I didn’t believe it until I saw it, but it’s true. Tony was recommended to us by our wedding photographer, Hannah of Hannah Lux Photography. We set up a video call ASAP and after the first few moments, knew he was the right person for our wedding. It was evident very quickly that Tony is beyond passionate about what he does. Throughout the planning process, Tony guided us through everything we needed, made recommendations, and not only tolerated but encouraged my many Taylor Swift requests (or demands). Our wedding was less than 60 people including my husband and I. With such an intimate wedding, we were nervous for a while leading up to the event that people wouldn’t dance, or might even treat it more like a dinner party than a wedding. We were so wrong! The dance floor went ALL NIGHT because of Tony. Friends and family members that I have never seen dance, on the dance floor for our ENTIRE reception having the time of their lives.
