The Barn on the Pemi is a fully restored and renovated mid-1800’s barn. At over 10,000 square feet of event space, this venue is a rustic and expansive location in which to host small receptions or grand affairs. Surrounded by a secluded pastoral landscape, The Barn exudes a classic rural New England charm. Ceremonies can be held in our climate controlled barn, on our terrace or in our seasonal greenhouse. The surrounding mountains add a beautiful backdrop for your photos. The barn interior will host your cocktail hour and reception. Our on-site catering chefs will serve locally-sourced dishes that highlight the best of New England’s farms. You can also enjoy craft cocktails, local beer, and vintage wines from the two full-service bars that the venue includes. Ensuring your event goes seamlessly and you have the best experience possible, we provide unique accommodation and transportation options as well as an event specialist to work with you every step of the way.

Our barn uses centuries - old techniques and traditions of joining heavy timber frames with a mortise and tenon method, supported by wooden pegs and brackets. Using local woodworkers and craftsman bring the true Maine experience to our barn. While building an old style building and incorporating all of today's amenities, such as temperature controlled environment, lighting, plumbing and plenty of parking it makes the perfect place for your venue.

The historic Horse & Hound is a 12-bedroom lodge in the White Mountains that is perfect for an intimate micro-wedding or grand affair. Guests have easy access to some of the northeast's best hiking, and mountain and road biking. The lodge sits on a quiet country road two hours from Boston, Portland and Burlington, so your guests will have easy access to airport. The eight-acre estate offers variety of options for wedding events, including: an exposed-beam dining room, a large paved patio, upper and lower outdoor terraces, a charming garden and greenhouse, and a horse trailer bar! Couples can also take advantage of the venue’s many photo opportunities, including among the sugar maples and the bridge over the babbling brook. The Horse & Hound provides an easy drop off and turnaround spot for buses and 55 parking spaces for wedding guests. There are a number of other accommodation options for guests not staying at the property within 5 miles.

At the BFF you receive Friday-Sunday use of our estate which includes our wedding barn (seats 106), farmhouse (sleeps 10), parking, apple orchard, 8 acre hayfield with mountain views, pond, firepit, covered bar, chairs, decorative tables, lawn games, flower gardens, and much more! Our partner, Strange Events will be your day of coordinator, and is included in the price of the venue. Strange events also is able to supply a multitude of other services like bartending, clean up and set up, officiating, and more. The Carriage House at the Gregory Inn is a new and unique intimate wedding venue. Our carriage house and Pole Barn accommodate your guests! We offer the full experience - that includes chairs, tables, linens, glassware, and plates to the basic rental of the venue and somewhere in between, as well as a 10x30 tent space for food, music, cake, gifts, and more. Welcome to The Preserve at Chocorua; a picturesque White Mountain estate tucked away in the historic town of Tamworth, New Hampshire. The Preserve was among the earliest farms to open its doors and was known as "Hayford's in the Fields" in the 1890's. The Barn was originally built in the year 1830 in Oxford, Maine, and used to be a dairy farm and apple orchard owned by the Pratt family. In 2015, it was transformed into an idyllic wedding & special event venue. The 1830 Wedding Barn is a classic, New England gem set back off of Route 26, surrounded by Maine farmland. Inside of the barn you will see impressive hand hewn beams, original wooden floors and walls, and repurposed original antiques like the hanging apple orchard ladders, hay-claw chandelier, and the Hebron Academy milk cooler. The barn’s historic quality creates a unique experience for guests to celebrate any event. Outside of the barn you will see rolling hills, fields stretching to the edge of the woods, trees from the original apple orchard (which we still bake pies from!), and sunsets fading to the western side of the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy and explore the outside areas of the existing apple orchard and surrounding grounds.

Located on 28 acres of rolling fields, soaring pine forests, stone walls and 1250 ft of Saco River frontage the house has been lovingly restored with an eye to historical integrity .
