“Landis Valley Farm & Museum was the absolute perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception! We knew when we were looking at venues that we wanted it in a barn setting and for the place to have a laid-back, fun, and casual feel. Landis was exactly that and more! Not only is the site maintained with the utmost care, but every building at the farm is so exquisitely quaint and beautifully rustic. Such a gorgeous place as a whole, especially for pictures during our big day. We knew during our very first meeting with Katelyn, our venue coordinator, that we were in good hands. Katelyn was experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and available by email at what seemed like the drop of a hat for all of our questions, big or small, leading up to our day. She was extremely organized and clear on expectations of what we should anticipate in having an event here. Like for example, making it clear from the day we scoped out the venue that it is an a la carte type venue, and we would be responsible for reaching out to all vendors that we would want to hire. She did provide a list of vendors that past weddings had used, which was extremely helpful, and we were lucky to find a few from that list, along with the others that we researched on our own. Katelyn’s attentiveness even the week of our wedding was so comforting. Along with our day of coordinator (that we hired from Fancy Peacock), Katelyn assisted in executing a check-in schedule for all of our vendors the day of, and everything went so smoothly! Landis does provide two attendants, one during the day and one night, who oversee the property - thanks, Dave and Elliot! Overall, if you don’t mind some DIY, and finding most vendors on your own like my husband and I, Landis makes for a dream come true wedding venue!”

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, he communicated with us to ensure he had a thorough understanding of our musical preferences, the timeline of events, and any specific announcements we wanted to be made. This meticulous preparation paid off on the big day, as everything flowed seamlessly. He helped let everyone know when it was time for speeches, entrances, and dances. The day of went off without a hitch and that is a 100% because of Jesse's communication with my "Day of coordinator"(my sister in law). When it came time to cut the cake I forgot to get out the cake knife and my heart sank. It was buried underneath a bunch of boxes and I was panicking, but Jesse stayed calm and helped me quickly locate what I needed and kept the party going. He played a great mix of music that was perfect for getting everyone to the dance floor, while still playing music that my husband, his friends and I enjoy. “Mountain Laurel was so great from start to finish! Their pricing was reasonable and they offered many accommodations and options for a great coursed meal. We are restaurant veterans, so we consider ourselves hard to please with food… the menu options were offered on a giant spreadsheet, but can be built out however you’d like! We created our own pasta course, and we tweaked ingredients in all of our dishes. The guests said it was the best wedding meal they’ve had! The staff was really awesome too with planning such a big meal. Communication was on point. My only disappointment was the dessert options, we had them sourced from the local Italian bakery and ML had arranged partnership with them … and unfortunately it was all cookies. We had hoped for tri colored glazed carrots but it seems that we all got diced roasted carrots instead. Otherwise it was a great experience and I would book them all over again. The venue was pretty remote and they did a seamless job on it. Thank you so much ML!”

“Drumore Mill was an absolutely stunning venue to use for our special day (really weekend). We loved the ease of booking the venue, touring with Thuy, and the promptness and flexibility they offer. An added bonus is the available on site lodging for rental, which we made great use of for our close friends, family, and wedding party to stay in the night before and night of the wedding. We enjoyed the Great Room in the Grist Mill for our rehearsal dinner. Our guests loved how spacious Drumore Mill was, and we appreciated all the attention to detail such as included (but still optional) decor and greenery, and the setup of chairs and other items for the ceremony space. Being able to bring in all of our own vendors at no additional cost was fantastic. The value for renting the property from Thursday to Saturday morning was unmatched and completely worth it. We would recommend Drumore Mill to anyone, and we look forward to booking the property in the future for non-wedding related stays with friends and family.”

“My husband and I got married at Cameron Estate Inn on 11/2/24, and we had the most magical day. The grounds and venue are beautiful. We were having a relatively large wedding and loved the idea of our family getting to stay at the Inn. We rented the entire Inn and had the whole place to ourselves for the day. Every staff member we encountered throughout the day of went above and beyond. Multiple guests have told me how nice all the staff were and that they had a wonderful time. Cathi was great to work with throughout wedding planning and even did some last minute magic to make sure it was the most beautiful space I could have ever imagined. Wish the sound system could be a little louder as we had a loud bunch for our guests, but that's a neighbor issue, not a Cameron Estate issue. We had such a blast and can't believe it's over!”

“The Festive Board catered our wedding this past weekend and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding caterer. The entire experience with them was spectacular. Every single person I interacted with from the Festive Board went above and beyond to provide us with the best service. They all made themselves available for any questions we had (and we had a lot) and never made us feel badly for asking. They were incredibly well organized throughout the entire process. They dealt with any changes that occurred with a great attitude. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food on the wedding day. Everything was delicious! Their staff made sure my husband and I were catered to and didn’t have to lift a finger or take a step through the reception. Everything was set up so beautifully and packed up and stored very neatly at the end of the night.
