I’ve been passionate about photography for over a decade, and my love for the craft has only grown as I’ve delved into the world of film photography! I officially launched my business last October, and have shot several weddings on my own, as well as second shot numerous weddings along side other photographers. I provide timeless and artful documentary style photography services for weddings, elopements, and engagements/couples.

As a candid wedding photographer, my work is created with the purpose of preserving your love story with intention, honesty, and real connection. Getting to know you independently and as a couple through my questionnaires helps me to capture images in a way that is authentic to your unique love story. Every person is unique and your love reflects that. At your wedding you'll find me getting vulnerable with your closest peeps, using my ninja skills to quietly get the shot, and definitely singing along to any song I know on the dance floor. When I'm not shooting, you can find me snuggled up in bed watching my (current) favorite Netflix show!

I'm an empathetic person. I'm sensitive and in tune with the more spiritual side of life. I love travel and photography. I am a mother and a lover of fashion and nature and all things beauty. Coffee is basically my favorite and what makes me hop out of bed (even on Monday morning). I have a lot of energy and I love fitness and eating healthy. I love my girlfriends and have deep relationships but only with a handful of women who I trust. Loyalty is important to me and I believe in doing all things with love.

Love is what motivates and inspires me every single day. I am a hopeless romantic, and absolutely love every sentimental moment of a wedding. I strive to capture real moments, genuine smiles, and raw emotion.

Jamal started his career as a photojournalist, documentary filmmaker, and movie cameraman for the United Nations. He received a Gold Medal at the Film Festival in Brussels, Belgium for his outstanding work.
