From the very first phone call, it was obvious that he is someone who loves his job. He has an extensive knowledge and love of music means no matter what you want the soundtrack of your wedding or event to be, he’s got you and your guests of ALL ages covered. He was communicative, easy to work with, clearly invested in making sure we had a great time at our wedding, and that everything ran as smoothly as possible. In fact, at one point, he noticed from behind the booth that we were one man short for lifting someone up in the chair during our extensive Hora. So what did he do? He put his headphones down, ran onto the dance floor, and kept the party going! “In today's world everything is extremely overpriced and service is terrible. My wedding was very stressful for me because of this. I did not have a DJ or a Photographer and honestly was considering just something small scale, until I talked to Ed from DJ Double E. I would give them 10 stars out 5. From the minute I talked to Ed it was a breath of fresh air from the million other outrageously priced DJ's. The price is unbeatable but that's not why I would recommend them. They are absolutely phenomenal and made my entire wedding. The music was perfect from ceremony to the last dance. They were so professional, so involved and so fun. We had a daytime (early) wedding. It is so challenging to get people up and have a good time at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was having meltdowns about it, they reassured me but had the entire place up and having fun. You didn't know if it was day or night. They helped us more than the attendants at the venue. Over 100 guests said how amazing they were. The pictures they took could not be any better. Any other DJ who had packages like this (photo booth etc...) were THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, more!!! I really hate to admit but I'm not easily pleased however I would put my name on the line for DJ Double E after how they made my wedding. DJ Double E exceeded all my and my husband's expectations and -consider yourself lucky if you hire them for any event. I'll be calling them again!!!”

“Let’s start with “WOW!” We had a music festival themed wedding with four bands so music was a critical piece of our wedding weekend and the standards were high. We interviewed over 20 bands from the NYC area and decided to go with Vitamin M after really vibing with their band leader, JJ. And boy are we glad we did! JJ worked with us to curate the perfect performance for us and our guests. He was able to balance dance songs and classics alongside some custom requests that went off the beaten path of most traditional weddings from the likes of The Band, Talking Heads and The Clash. I knew in 2017 that one day I would get married and I wanted to recreate this wonderful feeling that I would get every Tuesday night. WELL, joke’s on me because I got that feeling and more. I do not even have words for the atmosphere that The Barnstorm created on our wedding day. Leading up to that day, Brooks was INCREDIBLY attentive to the hundreds of questions that I bombarded him with on a daily basis. He walked me through pricing, how the first dances would go, what kind of music gets played during dinner – every question came with an immediate follow up and a “how are you doing?” – completely above and beyond what a typical wedding band would provide. And that was before our wedding day even happened! The day of was indescribable. The atmosphere provided by The Barnstorm was absolutely electric and had every single person on the dance floor from 8 pm to 1130 pm. I genuinely feel like our wedding was one of the best concerts I have ever been to. The band is absolutely magnetic. To top it off about one week after our wedding, as we were reliving the day, I get a text message from a friend saying “we booked your wedding band!”. They are THAT freaking good. If you want to have the best night of your entire life PLEASE look no further than The Barnstorm.”
