Our Event Hall features dedicated bride and groom suites, a large Main Room and more intimate Birch Room with a bar and fireplace. A large lawn behind the Event Hall is most commonly used for outdoor ceremonies. Built in 1900, the historic barn is a transitional atmosphere between indoors and outdoors. Its original wood and stone structure is peaked by a 30-foot ceiling, and is complemented by a wrap-around deck that provides breathtaking views a gentle breeze. The Barn provides round tables, chiavari chairs, black or white tablecloths, a bar area, a prep kitchen, and a bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready the day of the event. You choose the vendors you want to use. We set up the tables and chairs for you and put the tablecloths on. We also have Edison bulb lights strung between the 3 beams. We can accommodate 250 at The Barn.

The 1882 Reserve is a countryside barn venue located in northwest Ohio. The rustic charm is enhanced with wooden beams, high ceilings, and open spaces. It has ample natural light streaming through windows and open doors, with the added charm of Edison Bulb string lighting both inside and outside spaces. It’s the cozy atmosphere that feels perfect for weddings, parties, or events. The exterior includes picturesque surroundings of countryside views. A private Bridal Ready Room located in a grain bin offers a unique and charming setting for the bridal party to get ready. The interior is designed with a touch of rustic chic, featuring comfortable seating, full-length mirrors, and private bathroom, with ample space for dressing and pre-wedding preparations. The grain bin's circular shape creates an intimate atmosphere. Maple Lane Retreat sits on 3.5 acres surrounded by farmland. The newly renovated horse arena provides 6,000 sq. ft. of space for events of all sizes large and small. Attached to the barn is a 1,800 sq. ft. patio that overlooks a 3/4 acre pond with color changing water fountain.

The business actually began back in 1981 with roasting a pig over an open fire in the back yard for a class reunion. A grain bin gazebo on a stamped cement pad with bistro lighting is available to be used as a ceremony site or the setting for cocktail hour / outdoor bar. The bridal party has the admissions barn to use for wedding prep and the room on the back of our new restroom building is where the groomsmen can get ready in.

The barn was build in 1840 and the Victorian house in 1896, both have been restored to capture all the original charm and yet incorporate handicapped bathrooms, prep rooms, and bar. The farm is located 1/2 mile off the road down a paved lane lined with 118-year-old hedges. We only rent the property once per weekend so you have access the day before and after your wedding day, allowing you to fully enjoy your wedding day celebrating
