“We could not have had a better experience with Alex Nepa as our wedding DJ! We received so many compliments from guests that the music playlist was one of (if not THE) best that they’ve ever seen at a wedding! Alex had such cool transitions between songs and did an amazing job of gauging what would get the crowd going. Our dance floor was packed the entire night! As PSU alumni, we had mentioned that we wanted to enter the reception to a PSU song. Alex took that idea and ran with it - creating an AWESOME mashup of PSU fight songs and even included the lion’s roar sound from the stadium! Our guests absolutely loved it. Throughout the entire planning process, Alex was extremely helpful and responsive. He uses a user-friendly website that includes a thorough questionnaire to understand our music preferences, must-play songs, and do-not play songs. Our guests also loved the photobooth that Alex provided. The photos turned out a little blurry, but I think that’s just because of the neon sign that we chose to hang in the backdrop. The day of went off without a hitch and that is a 100% because of Jesse's communication with my "Day of coordinator"(my sister in law). When it came time to cut the cake I forgot to get out the cake knife and my heart sank. It was buried underneath a bunch of boxes and I was panicking, but Jesse stayed calm and helped me quickly locate what I needed and kept the party going. He played a great mix of music that was perfect for getting everyone to the dance floor, while still playing music that my husband, his friends and I enjoy. I have received so many compliments on the music at the reception and how amazing the party was. Overall, Jesse made us feel like family.
