From the moment we booked Ottopilot Entertainment, we were impressed with his quick communication and professionalism. Otto and his team were extremely knowledgeable, providing a top-tier DJ experience that kept our dance floor packed all night long. Otto made sure everything went smoothly, sticking to a detailed schedule to keep the night on track. If you are looking for an amazing DJ who does is reliable and will make your wedding day perfect in the Lancaster, PA area, look no further than Ottopilot Entertainment! From the very initial point of contact, Otto was very personable, caring and warm. He is a clear communicator, and he has excellent suggestions; something that is often more than welcome during the planning process when you are busy just trying to keep your head above water! He collaborated effortlessly with both our venue and photographer making everything flow flawlessly. He also easily adjusted to last minute additions and cancellations. Otto is fantastic! He was very professional and knew how to manage the space so well. He handled our special requests and announcements with ease, and several of our guests told us that he was the best wedding DJ they’ve seen! He was great at keeping up the energy too. Our dance floor would not have been the same without him. Otto clearly knew what he was doing. Oh, and to top it off, he’s affordable too! We couldn’t recommend him more.

We believe that your experience as a couple is more important than the brands we use - HOWEVER - we feel it is important to invest in high-quality gear to provide the best possible experience. We believe that continuous improvement is not only inevitable, but necessary. We utilize a variety of high-quality equipment to ensure your event goes off without a hitch, with our brands including Bassboss, Electro-Voice, Global Truss, Roland DJ, Ape Labs USA, Chauvet DJ, Martin Lighting, Gator Cases, Konig & Meyer, Odyssey, and Frankenstands. We choose to use high-quality equipment to maintain reliability and provide a high-value experience.

We do take requests! We always filter our requests, ensuring that we don’t play anything that’s on your “do-not-play” choices. When someone makes a request at an event, we balance the request against the music the client wants and the music we’re currently playing, and we’ll do our best to fit the request in. We also offer a contactless system for requests (at no charge!) powered by the experts at RequestNow.

We got our start in traditional DJ services for weddings (ceremonies & receptions), private parties, school dances, corporate events, and other events. We have also expanded our service portfolio to provide lighting for your event (for the dance floor, mood uplighting, or custom gobos and designs), as well as our popular open air Digital Photo Booth. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Just ask! We’re always open to new ideas and new opportunities.

A retainer fee is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 1 week before the event date. We utilize an online invoicing system to help make payment a breeze.

Our main service area is within 60 miles of Harrisburg by driving, but we’re happy to provide our services wherever your event is held! We do charge an additional fee for additional travel outside of our main service area.

Yes, absolutely! Our vehicles are fully insured, our equipment’s fully insured, and we carry a full liability insurance policy, available upon request for venues!

We only charge for the time we are actually performing, not for the time it takes to set up or tear down. We arrive as early as we need to in order to make sure you have everything you need, when you need it!
