Sweet Ginger's Sugar Shoppe operates a nut-free policy and their baked goods are suitable for those with nut allergies. Their workspace is entirely nut-free and none of their flavors, fillings, decorations, or ingredients contain nuts. They can also provide gluten-free bakes for clients’ convenience.

Delish Cakes started in 2010 out of Alicia's family home. It quickly outgrew the house and a storefront was born shortly after! Delish Cakes will be 11 years old in August of 2021. An entrepreneur at heart, Erica realized how much she loved baking and needed a creative outlet to balance her career as a lawyer. She built a website, rented a kitchen, catered 35 weddings her first year & went on to opening her dream bakery! Our dedicated staff give the utmost personal attention to our clients. Hi, my name is Lucy! I'm a baker and decorator located in Downtown Milwaukee, and spend most of my time in the kitchen! I also come from a lineage of bakers, and most notably the "Cake Lady of Erie Pennsylvania" - being my great grandma. So, this is kind of in my genes. ​I've been baking professionally for over 7 years, and was hired to make my first wedding cake when I was just 16!
