At some point between the engagement session and wedding, Ashley called us and told us that a conflict with our wedding date came up and that she needed to be out of state that day. She had already come up with a few options to present to us, and we chose to keep our contract and let a different photographer fill-in for Ashley. Having the other photographer fill-in for Ashley worked out seamlessly and I was never worried about it because of all of the discussions we had.
