“Milton Ridge was an amazing venue for our wedding. The connections, experience, and package deals they offer are super convenient and reduce the stress of planning for the big day. It is a beautiful and accommodating location that really caters to your idea of the best wedding. Shout out to Meaghan for her work in coordinating, especially day-of. If you are looking for a venue and long-term coordinator that takes care of all the minute details and plans everything for you, you might want to hire an additional "month of" planner and coordinator. Be sure to read through all of the offerings to avoid missing details and add-on costs. Also, be aware that Milton Ridge is not necessarily "in charge" of some of the vendors they utilize. The location is private and beautiful. Bridal and groom suites are comfy and well appointed in case you forget the small stuff like hangers and speakers. The coordinators were also communicative and flexible after the wedding when we realized we left/lost some items. Overall, a great experience and lovely location.”

“We had our reception here on 2/18/24. Colt was so easy to work with and answered every question I had. Everything was included so I had zero stress in planning our day. When we arrived, after the ceremony, the ballroom was beautiful! It was stunning and breathtaking. All our guests were amazed at how beautiful it was and they said it was the best wedding they had been to. Colt was very professional and the decor I brought he put that out for us as well. Very elegant wedding reception. I have nothing negative to say about this venue and it was the best night ever. Go see Colt. You won’t be sorry!”

The venue was absolutely beautiful and well maintained, with lush green lawns, beautiful buildings and the nearby mountains made for a gorgeous backdrop. The staff were incredibly professional, polite, and detail-oriented in all of our communications leading up to the big day, which really put us at ease. On the wedding day itself, every single employee went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly. They were so accommodating and helpful, tending to our every need. “I have had the opportunity to work at Lake Frederick Weddings multiple times over the years and every time is AMAZING! This is one of my favorite venues in Front Royal. The venue is stunning with well manicured grounds and friendly staff. Christina is among one of those amazing staff members who couples are lucky to work with. She is organized, responsive, friendly, and everything you would want in an Event Coordinator for your special day. She has many weddings under her belt and will handle any disturbances with ease if they arise. The food is ALWAYS delicious and warm. Plus as a vendor, it's important that we eat when the couple eats to ensure we are ready for the next event and they always ensure that we are fed and have silverware as well as plenty of water throughout the day! They have a select number of vendors that they recommend which are only put on the list after review because they want only the best vendors to work with for their couples.
