It is 4,200 sf. ft. complete with tables, chairs, outside ceremony/reception areas, bar/food area, a portable stage for your head table, a Bridal Suite & Groom's Den. We have 3 large overhead doors that open up to a scenic view of our bluffs where you can have your ceremony & reception. The inside venue seats 450 guests and with the doors open we can accommodate over 750. The best part is that all of it is yours Friday through Sunday! Cabins & Campsites We can also offer your family & guests cabins & campsites to stay during your big day. We have three different cabins & 75 electrical & primitive campsites. Come celebrate! The Blue Moon is the only true ballroom in the Rochester area. The sound system is fantastic and used by our recommended DJs. You can save big bucks by using any outside catering service that you want. We have one exclusive vendor for the bar. We have hosted more than 500 private receptions, and would be happy to meet with you to to see if the Blue Moon Ballroom would be a good fit for your event.

Located in the Heart of Downtown Rochester by the Peace Plaza, The Kahler Grand Hotel and the Marriott Rochester Mayo Clinic Area give us the versatility to host a wide variety of wonderful events. The Kahler Grand offers the historically preserved Elizabethan Ballroom and the modern, space-flexible Heritage Hall; as well as smaller rooms which can accommodate groups of 10 to 450 guests. Our prominent Marriott Ballroom is one of Rochester’s most modern reception venues and is a marvelous location for of up to 250 guests. The Rustic Barn Venue was established in 2017 and has been the home of weddings, corporate gatherings, birthdays and many other events ever since. We offer personalized service and a first-rate venue to be the backdrop for your special occasion. Our unique venue boasts an event center "show barn" built in the 1940's for indoor receptions, ready rooms atop a converted corn crib, outdoor ceremony seating with pergola, grain bin bar and beautifully manicured lawns and gardens.
