The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! For outdoor ceremony, we have two beautiful options. The first is on the 10th tee. This location overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The other outdoor option is the Glenmore Pavilion. Designed by the team behind Pippin Hill, this beautiful, new open-air pavilion overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains, and it is covered so you would not need to worry about renting a tent for your outdoor space. This location is perfect for both ceremony and reception.

The venue can seat around 200 guests comfortably. The main space is a dream with beautiful white shiplap walls, gorgeous stained plank cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. The main space is heated and cooled so you can be comfortable in any season. There is a covered porch that leads to a large flagstone patio with a white fireplace, this is a great space for rehearsal dinners or just an extension of the reception space. The bridal suite is in a separate building adjacent to the venue. Recently built in 2023, with nearly 800 sq feet you and your wedding party will have a comfortable space to enjoy the day. Finally, there is an open air chapel that can seat 200 guests comfortably. It has beautiful cathedral style windows in the front and back of the chapel and open arches on the sides. This chapel will make a great rain back up option for your wedding day or if you love it as much as we do, it can be a beautiful plan A option as well.

Our wedding package is $2200. for the day and includes all the following areas: decorated social area, decorated chapel, event hall, lounge, kitchen, bar area, & dressing rooms. If the wedding chapel isn't needed, our event hall can be booked by the hour ($125.) or the day ($1000.). Our facility seats up to 102 and comes with free use of easels, backdrop, round tables, white chavari chairs, cake stage w/table & uplights, dj stage w/table, facade, & uplights, head stage w/table, 2 thrones, uplights, & backdrop.

The Shores of Cedar Point is situated on a large farm and is located on the North River in Mathews county Virginia. The Bride and her bridal party use part of the 1930's brick home to get ready in. The Groom and his bridal party have a separate room and is located a short walk away near the barn. The remodeled rustic barn is just a few more steps away with a fixed dance floor and twinkle lighting. We provide white padded chairs and tables for 150. We have another covered site for inclement weather. Ample parking and majestic scenery for you and your guest to enjoy as they meander down past cows and goats to the wedding site. For Saturday weddings the Friday before is blocked off so the wedding party can come in a decorate and have their rehearsal at no extra charge. The pergola was designed to capture sunset between the pillars overlooking the river, to make those everlasting memories.

Couples can host a gorgeous outside ceremony on the concrete patio, or opt for a covered pavilion ceremony. The pavilion is open on three sides to bring the beautiful scenery indoors, but the sides and barn-style doors can be closed in the event of inclement weather. Inside the pavilion, lighting is provided by lanterns and chandeliers, and a large hand-crafted fireplace takes spotlight, with rocks from the farm incorporated into its design. The outdoor patio is attached to the pavilion, creating an extra space that can be used for a ceremony, reception area, or dance floor. A second pavilion was completed in 2018 to provide reception space that is separate from the ceremony site, but within close proximity. This pavilion is completely enclosed and offers a gas fireplace as well as lanterns and chandeliers for lighting. As wedding guests arrive, wedding parties can use the bridal suite to get ready.

The Stockroom at 230 is a special events and wedding venue nestled on Fayetteville Street in the center of downtown Raleigh. On the second floor of the Carolina Trust Building, a charming blend of exposed brick, warm hardwood floors, lofty lattice ceilings laced with market lighting, and beams of natural light craft an atmosphere exceptional for any occasion. With an adaptable aesthetic that can be either enhanced with great accents or transformed with bespoke design concepts, The Stockroom at 230 is ideal for weddings, ceremonies, reception celebrations, speaking engagements, corporate meetings/events, and holiday gatherings.

Imagine all your favorite people in the most beautiful setting of 60 private acres located less than 5 miles to downtown Chapel Hill, NC, very close to all the hotels, restaurants, only 30 minutes to RDU Airport, and yes, Uber/Lyft and shuttles come to our farm.  We include all your Wedding Planning, a Day of Coordinator, all your décor, tables, chairs, centerpiece items, graphic design services, and we're here every step of the way to bring your wedding vision to life!  Our Barn is 7,000 sq. ft., rustic, yet refined, and includes an elegant and spacious Dressing Suite, a separate modern Log Cabin for a secondary dressing suite, gourmet kitchen, spacious restrooms, and a 1,000 sq ft loft. Enjoy our 3,000 outdoor patio with our stone fireplace, wrought iron gazebo, all overlooking our 4,000 lavender plants. An elegant yet comfortable venue to host all of your wedding festivities. Your bridal party is welcome to begin preparations early by relaxing and getting ready in our luxurious bridal suite and the men in the groom's cabin. You can have your ceremony in front of our majestic barn, on the first floor of the refurbished interior, or the top floor overlooking the gorgeous rolling hills. Events flow beautifully into a patio cocktail hour space beside our rustic chic bar area and courtyard. The party moves toward the barn for the celebration continues with dinner and dancing the night away.
