Friendship Botanic Gardens is a unique, beautiful setting for the outdoor wedding and other special events. Weddings are scheduled from mid-May through mid-October. Fountains splash, birds sing, and trees tower above. The Gardens include over one hundred acres of woods and landscaped areas, providing one of the most beautiful outdoor venues in Northwest Indiana. The Gardens can accommodate a small and intimate wedding ceremony of a few family and friends, or a larger wedding ceremony up to 300 guests. All weddings include chairs, use of the area for three hours and rehearsal privileges. Constructed in 1871 by Bavarian immigrant Philip H. Zorn Jr., Barrelhouse The Venue resides on the historic Zorn campus. As an annex to the brewery, Barrelhouse The Venue would manufacture beer barrels to house fresh beer prior to distribution around Northwest Indiana. Though unoccupied now, the original ice-house, brew-house, and malting building still stand across the street, a reminder of the dream Philip Zorn brought with him to America.

Lakeside Occasions is a family-owned wedding barn in the heart of northern Indiana's Amish country. Our historic dairy barn was built in the late 1880's and has been in the family ever since! Sunrise Farms Wedding Venue sits upon a nearly two-century-old family fruit farm in Southwest Michigan. The property is a historical goldmine with a three-story barn from the late 1800s, the oldest surviving log cabin in Michigan, and a 1928 original farmhouse. It is situated on the remaining 13 acres of farmland with neighboring farms as far as the eye can see. It is lush with greenery and historic character. The well-groomed property offers a charming vintage flair and many natural backdrops.

Cherry Knoll features rolling knolls, a romantic log cabin, a pristine pond, and a bablbling brook all built on a tranquil 72 acres. The grounds have been lovingly cultivated to showcase the natural beauty. The owners have hosted numerous events, including their wedding at Cherry Knoll and believe the unique character and beauty of this venue should be shared with others.

Since 1830, this church has been a foundation of this community as the first and oldest recorded church within the quaint beach town of St. Joseph, Michigan. Now, we are opening our venue up to the community for booking weddings! Our rental fee for the ceremony space of $1385 includes: rental of the venue (indoor sanctuary/outdoor courtyard), officiant services, wedding coordinator, custodial services, and premarital counseling materials, and rehearsal time ($100 additional if you plan to serve food at the rehearsal). If the sanctuary is rented, the price also includes a computer operator/pianist & audio tech to run the sound system. The fellowship hall rental for reception is an additional $400-$500 ($400 M-F/$500 Sat-Sun).
