Olde Mill Venue can seat up to 350 people and has a rustic/industrial atmosphere. There’s plenty of space to eat, drink, and be married! The Olde Mill is sure to be a fit for any bride looking for an intimate rustic wedding, seating up to 100 people. This will also have our indoor ceremony area. Olde Mill Lodge is our bridal and groom suite building, along with our outdoor ceremony area. The Lodge sleeps up to 18 people, has dual dressings rooms, and a bride/groom suite for the night of the wedding. Since 1830, this church has been a foundation of this community as the first and oldest recorded church within the quaint beach town of St. Joseph, Michigan. Now, we are opening our venue up to the community for booking weddings! Our rental fee for the ceremony space of $1385 includes: rental of the venue (indoor sanctuary/outdoor courtyard), officiant services, wedding coordinator, custodial services, and premarital counseling materials, and rehearsal time ($100 additional if you plan to serve food at the rehearsal). If the sanctuary is rented, the price also includes a computer operator/pianist & audio tech to run the sound system. The fellowship hall rental for reception is an additional $400-$500 ($400 M-F/$500 Sat-Sun).

Sunrise Farms Wedding Venue sits upon a nearly two-century-old family fruit farm in Southwest Michigan. Constructed in 1871 by Bavarian immigrant Philip H. Zorn Jr., Barrelhouse The Venue resides on the historic Zorn campus. As an annex to the brewery, Barrelhouse The Venue would manufacture beer barrels to house fresh beer prior to distribution around Northwest Indiana. Though unoccupied now, the original ice-house, brew-house, and malting building still stand across the street, a reminder of the dream Philip Zorn brought with him to America.
