The Mayes Event Center at Deerwoode Reserve will be open Spring 2024. It is currently being renovated and will have a climate-controlled banquet hall, catering kitchen, bridal suite, restrooms, and a covered open-air pavilion. The Coyote Lodge is a 4,000 cabin with a huge great room with soaring 2 story stone wood-burning fireplace. This space is great for a small ceremony up to 40 guests. The Coyote Lodge has 4 master suites with private bathrooms, and can sleep up to 18 people. Cabin accommodations include 11 cabins, ranging from studio units to 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom cabins.
