When you rent Bell Gate, you are getting every nook and cranny, and that allows us to play a little bit. We can have a cocktail hour at the pool, but move dinner to the barn, and it feels like you’ve changed venue’s completely. The relationship with our partner farmers at Double Brook Farm in Hopewell is the cornerstone of our menu development. Additional proteins, vegetables and grains come from local area farms and specialty growers. Once here, guests will dine in the thoughtfully renovated original 1800’s farmhouse of the Double Brook land, which sits adjacent to the fields on which many of the animals have pastured.
