We have a very generous inventory of decor items that you may use...all included in the venue rental rate. This leaves you with a budget to spend on other important aspects of your special day. We can do an all-inclusive quote for your OR leave the vendor selection up to you! Either way, our staff at the Willow Creek Inn will assist you in making your every dream come true. Our riverside, outdoor venue is a working ranch that has been in our family for 70 years. We host weddings and other events (Verde Valley Birding Festival) throughout the year. Each season brings a unique color and vibe to our property. We have several covered patios, and ceremony and reception seating for up to 100 included in every package. Additional seating can be arranged. We have onsite overnight accommodations for up to 20. There are also options for camping or bringing an RV during your event.

If you decide to tie the knot at Lynx Creek Farm, the couple is responsible for bringing their own vendors. This allows you to select and budget for what you would like! Your responsibilities are Food, Drink, Music, Photography, Officiant and any other special additions. The Venue has paver patios and turf with amazing views for seating and table layouts. An 18’ concrete stage under a pergola with landscaped hillside behind will highlight ceremonies or speakers. With mature trees and flowers blooming you are surrounded by nature’s beauty! The perfectly lit outdoor area also includes multiple fire pits, grills and a bar on wheels. The adjacent Log Cabin can sleep 12 and has 3 decks with hot tubs overlooking the venue plus two secluded, one-bedroom cottages with hot tubs down the hill offer more lodging.
