The rest of what they played definitely made everyone get up and dance and we really appreciated that since we told them most importantly, it should be a dance party. They did a great job guiding the night and keeping things on schedule. We would definitely recommend Denver Sound and color again. They made it very easy to pay via Venmo and used their personal account to give us the chance to avoid fees.”

“Our DJ and the A Music Plus team was fantastic. Our venue was untraditional in that we had the entire rustic property for the weekend and one of my favorite things about a wedding is the dancing. I did not want to be constrained by a certain time the DJ would stop playing if I wanted to keep dancing with my favorite people. We also needed sound equipment to be provided. Surprisingly, this is difficult to find in the entertainment industry and if you do, it costs an arm and a leg or they begin charging by the hour, making budgeting exceedingly difficult to account for. Initially we were planning to make Spotify work with some speakers! But then we found A Music Plus. They were amazing! A Music Plus worked to make a contract and timeline that worked for US and was tailored to what was most important for our day. They were professional and responsive leading up in the final months of planning. But most importantly, they were a blast. Our DJ was comfortable on the mic when it was needed but didn't steal the show. He transitioned music seamlessly from cocktail hour to dinner and dancing and then really shined when we wanted to let loose and dance until 2AM. The vibes were spot-on and he picked songs that could actually be danced to and enjoyed! Thank you for making so many of our wedding memories possible!”

“We cannot say enough great things about Jay from Standing Room Only! He is the best emcee and DJ and we highly recommend him to anyone who wants their guests on the dance floor the entire night! Jay checked in with us throughout the planning process (which for us was almost two years), offering advice and sending us outstanding vendor suggestions. We also had an in-depth planning call a few weeks before the wedding to go over the flow of the day and to decide on our music. Jay took the time to send us shortened versions of the songs and also offered commonly used song suggestions for the Mother-Son Dance and Father-Daughter Dance to help us determine our final song choices. He also took the time to call our parents to see if they needed anything from him on the wedding day, which was a thoughtful touch. Jay did an outstanding job on the day of the wedding! All of the music was wonderful and flowed well. He also did a great job facilitating the various events such as the cake cutting, speeches, bouquet toss and garter belt song. He also took the time to check in with us during dinner to confirm final details and walk us through the various reception events. Doing this was going above and beyond.
