We absolutely loved having our wedding at Findlay Country Club in October '20. The venue was incredibly gorgeous (especially in the fall), the food was delicious, and there were so many beautiful places for pictures. Lindsay, helped us through our planning, gave us tons of ideas, and was so organized. She helped us out a LOT day-of with keeping things moving and on-track and going above and beyond her responsibilities. I can't thank her and the FCC staff for making our special day perfect - I wouldn't have changed anything!

Honestly, the indoor ceremony turned out SO beautiful and was handled so seamlessly that I’m not even disappointed about the weather now! We truly cannot thank you and all of the staff at Scioto Reserve enough! You have been amazing throughout the entire process, and made the planning process so smooth. We couldn’t have done it without all of your advice and guidance. There really isn’t one thing that went wrong on wedding day, or if there was, everyone was so on top of things that it never even made it back to me. THANK YOU to everyone for being so kind and accommodating on Saturday! There wasn’t once thing I asked for that wasn’t handled immediately and with positivity. Brookshire made our wedding planning process a breeze. Our engagement was a total of almost exactly 6 months, and we could literally not have done it if we did not book with Brookshire. They made scheduling with vendors SO easy, including a vendor preview were we were able to see the venue's examples of vendor work, sample some of the dishes on the menu, and really visualize the space. They handled my questions quickly, and concisely, and were really quite reasonably priced, considering the things you get when booking here. On the day of the wedding, everything was so smooth. The venue was set up perfectly, and any changes we needed to make were done swiftly and well. They made sure my husband and I got to sample all of the food we ordered, including each layer of cake. They truly take care of you down to the details, like bringing you a glass of water during your photos. The vendors they work with are exquisite in their own right too, the food and cake were delicious, the DJ was so professional and kind, and the florals were gorgeous. Our add-ons were amazing, and our guests LOVED the photo booth that we added. The bartenders were wonderful, and kept the drinks flowing all night without issue. Everyone left saying it was a "perfect wedding", even the hard-to-impress ones. Brookshire was truly worth every dollar spent.

When we toured the venue, this location was so beautiful and checked off every box for us, but what really sold us was the staff and Kaylie, our wedding day coordinator, who were all so helpful in making our big day a reality. They have some amazing vendors that frequent and already have a great relationship with the zoo that made the day run with ease, and to top it all off have animals and a giraffe feeding during cocktail hour was a hit. So many of our guests made a point to mention how great of a time they had, some saying it was the most fun wedding they had ever been to. Thank you so much to the Columbus Zoo events crew for memories of a lifetime.
