Situated in a former shipping warehouse at the edge of Rochester’s historic NOTA district, our event space is open and modern, with intriguing hints of its industrial past. We welcome parties of all sizes, for any occasion. To accommodate all styles, the space isn’t overly “designed.” We’ve intentionally left it a blank canvas, so to speak. We offer the opportunity to customize everything on your big day from seating to sips and snacks. We work closely with the area’s leading rental companies to provide the most beautiful table settings and our bar manager will design a signature drink or pair the perfect beverage service with your meal.

Tower Room offers a full bar, music, multiple TVs, microphone, podium, connectivity via Wi-Fi HDMI. Includes lounge area with a waterfall and seating for your guests to mingle. Private bridal suite. The Recital Room; Seating: 65. Great atmosphere for wedding ceremonies, showers, anniversaries, banquets, birthday parties, corporate events. The Loft @ Chandler is nestled in historic Black Rock, and features a modern industrial aesthetic, freshly brewed Thin Man beer, and delicious food by Tappo Pizza, made on site in our dedicated events kitchen. An outdoor ceremony location is available - a cool community courtyard, surrounded by red brick buildings, and home to vibrant mural artistry. It is just across the street from the Loft. We rent chairs for this space at $4 per chair, and there is a $150 site fee for the courtyard. If your group is under a certain size (appox. 80 ppl), you may marry in the Loft space itself. Winter weddings may marry in the loft, with a small amount of chairs and standing room for ceremony.

Event 180 is a unique private venue featuring exposed brick, polished hardwood floors, brass chandeliers, and 17-foot ceilings in Rochester's historic Saint Paul Quarter. Within walking distance from Rochester's downtown hotels, our space is well-suited for all types of events including weddings, corporate parties, birthdays, and art showings. We can comfortably seat 80 for dinner and 135 for cocktail-style events. With 28 years in the hospitality industry, you can trust us with your special event from beginning to end.
