With the perfect balance of rustic charm and modern elegance, Gather is ideally suited for boutique styled special events.

Upon walking through the main door, eyes are promptly drawn to the original hand-hewn wood flooring. The space is filled with rectangular and round wooden tables, cross-back chairs, and a free standing bar. Adjacent to the dining area is a casual space perfectly suited for hors d'oeuvres and cocktail hour, with high-top tables and a live-edge standing bar. The attached semi commercial kitchen allows for a spacious setup to perfectly compose all food and drink preparations.

Gather in Victor was the perfect venue for our small intimate wedding reception. After our first meeting and tour of the space we knew it was exactly what we were looking for. The owner, Cara was exceptional to work with and went above and beyond to ensure every detail had been thought through. The space is cozy and beautifully kept, perfect for a small reception or shower. We were so pleased with our experience and highly recommend Gather in Victor!

We recently held a small celebratory dinner party at Gather following our civil ceremony. From the start, Cara and Mike were phenomenal to work with. They were responsive to emails and texts and attentive to all details. They are a truly talented couple who make event planning such an easy process! Aside from owning and managing the space, they know a great deal of history about the barn and are quick to share its story with guests. The event space itself is lovely! Cara and Mike have managed to update the space while still keeping its vintage charm. The space is open, bright, and meticulously clean allowing for a welcoming environment for guests. I cannot recommend this event space enough! Truly one of a kind.

In May 2024, my husband and I had a civil ceremony and wanted to follow that with a large dinner for just our families to get together and celebrate us. We wanted to find a small spacious venue that would allow us to host 35 members of our family for a buffet dinner and just celebrate talk and enjoy each other‘s company. Gather exceeded all of our expectations when it comes to the actual venue. Everyone we spoke to after our wedding said how much they loved the space and all that it had to offer. The very best part of holding our celebration at Gather was working with Cara! Cara is so kind and knowledgeable, and took the time to help us decide on all the little elements that we would incorporate in our celebration that made the whole event so special. Our families noticed the exceptional service AND smile Cara had on her face when assisting and said how lucky we were to have found a venue and owner that were so great. Cara made many suggestions when it came to our set up and itinerary that we hadn’t even thought of and everything came out so nice. She also recommended Farmhouse Table catering to us after having worked with them in the past, and the two companies worked together seamlessly to make everything come together in such a great way. Clearly, I could go on and on about how wonderful of an experience we had hosting our wedding celebration at Gather!

Unfortunately you cannot, you must hire a licensed caterer or a licensed bartender to serve alcohol.

There is a parking lot located to the left of Gather. There is also street parking available and a public parking lot located across the street.

Yes and no, our restroom is not wheelchair accessible. But we do have ramp/driveway at the main entrance that a wheelchair may use to access the space.

The entire building, kitchen, tables and chairs. You have the freedom to hire your own caters and local vendors or you can use our in house planning services for an additional fee.

Your reservation includes a four-hour minimum from start to finish, including the time it takes to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $150 per hour.

No, our venue is fully insured.

Gather has four Bluetooth wireless speakers available for use. We do not have projectors, projector screens, microphones, soundboard or A/V equipment on site. You are welcome to bring additional equipment to use at your event.

The venue will be set up with our in-house furniture and accessories throughout the space. You can utilize any and all furniture and accessories we have on site for your event and may re-arrange however you would like. We require space to be reset at the end of your event.

Book your event here! Securing your date is simple. To reserve your date, we will need the first half of the rental fee once an agreement is in place. The second half of the rental fee will be due 30 days prior to the event date. Once you have received the contract an invoice for the first half of the rental fee, you will have ten days to return those to us to hold your reservation.
