This historic treasure was the summer home of the renowned Knox Family until it was purchased by NYS to be enjoyed as a state park. The Colonial Revival style home was designed by Architects Frank Bell Meade and James Montgomery Hamilton in a simple classic design which exudes restrained elegance. The two story Mansion is 14,000 square feet and sits on 633 acres. The first floor rooms offer unparalleled grace and charm which are used for events, with ancillary rooms upstairs. This unique venue can be rented May through October; it is closed for the winter months. The Mansion at Knox Farm is the perfect setting to create the wedding of your dreams. Downstairs of Mansion

An elegant and charming mansion set amongst a pastoral scenic setting with breathtaking views like no other.

Wedding parties have exclusive use of the Mansion and immediate grounds; perfect for both the ceremony and the reception. Only one wedding reception is booked per weekend, and the day before is reserved for your set-up and ceremony rehearsal. Two separate rooms are reserved for the Bridal Party and the Groomsmen to get ready on the big day. This is the perfect opportunity for the photographer to capture 'the getting ready' photos.
