La Esperanza-Ranch was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The communication from the staff was consistently good - they were friendly and stayed in close contact with us throughout the planning process. The venue itself was big, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Everything was clean, neat, and exactly what we needed for our special day. Although they offered to help with setup and cleanup, we ended up doing it ourselves, and they made sure we never needed anything or ran out of anything. It was a truly beautiful wedding, and we loved the venue so much that we plan to use it for many more functions in the future.

We had our ceremony and reception at Bakery 105 and used 128 South for catering. Throughout the planning process Jordan and Katie were so quick and responsive, providing all the answers we needed! We changed our mind many times and they were so accommodating. 128 S does group tastings which is such a great concept! You truly get to see before your wedding day how capable their chefs are of making a meal on a large scale and how attentive all of their service staff and bartenders are. The entire tasting experience put me at ease for the day of! 5 stars is not enough for the professionalism and clarity of communication from the venue/catering services.

I was so pleased with how perfect our wedding at the English Country barn was. From top to bottom you can tell they have thought of everything! There were so many options on where we could hold the ceremony, and after we picked we realized... we get to use all of the other areas for our photos!!! Both the inside and outside were absolutely breathtaking and Ian and Teresa were great to work with. It is so easy to flow people from ceremony, to pictures, to cocktail hour, and then to the reception. There is nowhere else I could imagine msrrying my soulmate. Thank you Ian and Teresa for pouring your live into building this astonishing venue!

Wendy, Mark, and Stephanie were an absolute pleasure to work with! When we toured this venue, we were hooked as soon as we walked through. They designed this place with such thought. The openness of the hall, the bridal AND grooms suit, the arches and other ceremony options, extra room for kids/break room, the veranda, etc made for a PERFECT wedding. We did not do the all inclusive package because I was able to plan myself, but they were VERY responsive and easy to communicate with and the cost was extremely reasonable. All of our guests were ranting and raving about the grounds and the venue in general. It truly was the BEST day of our lives. Stephanie took about 200 photos/videos on her phone the day of and we got to see glimpses of the wedding we missed from having our own cocktail hour, being pulled for pictures, waiting for the ceremony to begin, etc. I got married on a very hot day so the planned cocktail hour outside was brought inside and it was still just as beautiful. The photos I received back from my photographer were AMAZING... the grounds have SO many great locations for photos. The WO team made planning very easy as well. They have their own portal where you can upload contracts/invoices, and put together the seating chart based on your preferred layout. It made that part of wedding planning a heck of a lot easier! They are such a great family unit. Mark was also very accommodating with last minute drop ins if we had family coming into town before the wedding that we wanted to show the venue to. All 3 of them were very laid back AND organized! The day of, they were giving us such beautiful compliments and were very excited for us. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. If you are local or out of town I HIGHLY suggest WOF, and I am originally from Long Island where the venues are of high caliber, and I may be biased, but THIS venue was the BEST I have ever seen. You, your guests, and photographer will enjoy our open fields, woods, pond w/Japanese footbridge, and cabanas overlooking the Cape Fear River. Our Indoor venue has Heat and A/C making it comfortable year round. There is something magical about it and people comment all the time about the wonderful feeling there is inside. It is soft, sparkly, and has a hushed elegance with just enough wood to make it comfortable. It is practically decorated for you with lights, chandeliers, draping, and seating up to 150. AND...you can use our decor for free! Truly, you get SO much more than just a building for your event...you get a destination.
