We offer a unique venue and reception space for your event. 128 South is located in the historic VonKampen Building and features one of the last great examples of a Victorian façade including the original stained glass windows. Some features include exposed heart-of-pine beams, hardwood floors throughout, and enormous bay windows with views of South Front Street.

The unique and historic Assembly Building, with its beautiful island setting, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is located on the sound front at Topsail Beach, NC and owned and operated by the Historical Society of Topsail Island. This historic building with a capacity of 250 people provides a perfect setting for any occasion!

The beautiful Southport Community Building is located in historic Southport and provides an impressive backdrop for all occasions. With over 2400 square feet of flexible space in the main hall, the Community Building offers the versatility to accommodate groups of up to 160 for seminars, conferences, company parties, annual meetings, reunions, weddings, banquets, trade shows, and entertainment events. Pave' is downtown Wilmington's newest event space. We are conveniently located on the ground floor on Water Street (near Chandler's Warf)...just steps away from the River Walk and the Cape Fear River. We book it out from 9-4 or 5-10pm. We are going GREEN and not meaning just adding plants (but yes, more plants the better). No more wasting water washing linen/dishes. Our plates/flatware/cups are biodegradable (we do offer an eclectic mix of real wine/champagne glasses). No more 6 foot banquet tables. This venue is meant for social gatherings. Pave' is cocktail style so lounge if you like on the couch, hop up on a bar stool or stand and mix/mingle. We offer all the rentals. There is only one bathroom at Pave' so that keeps our numbers comfortably in the 25-35 range. This is the vision for Pave'.
