Since 1937, many household names have stood its stages. Cadieux Stage offers over 7,000 square feet of main stage event space, accommodating more than 300 guests. Arlington Acres is a historic bank barn built in the 1860's with native Ohio timber. Located on a modern functioning farm we host weddings of all shapes and sizes and have the flexibility to adjust our spaces to fit groups up to 250! In addition to hosting weddings we offer sunflowers and pumpkins to our couples to use for decor and photos. We're excited for the opportunity to be a party of your special day!

Our second floor space has the capacity for dinners, parties, after party receptions, wedding rehearsal dinners, and private events for up to 40 people. It’s been our pleasure to host graduations, retirements, and birthday parties in our private dining space, and to give these celebrations the atmosphere and attention they deserve. We have also been host to many University of Michigan department functions and have menus that are geared towards fitting the UM guidelines to make the planning process hitch-free.

Camp Perry can give you the destination wedding of your dreams. You can avoid stress or time issues by having access to the banquet room the day before the wedding to decorate. We offer a chapel for your ceremony or our beautiful beach area. Your guest can stay in any of our lodging options, many of which are lakeside cottages. You can wake up and get ready for the joyous day mere yards from the venue. After the reception in our lakeside banquet hall with views that will take your breath away. After which you and your guests can enjoy a quiet campfire on the beach. Then walk to their lodging and retire for the evening safe and sound.

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those. The Grand Pavillion Ballroom, the largest event space in the hotel, features elegant lighting & neutral walls, making it the perfect blank canvas for your wedding décor! Several smaller ballrooms and function suites are available and can facilitate groups of between 50 and 100 guests, allowing you flexibility for your small wedding or rehearsal dinner. A designated event manager will be available to assist you with all the arrangements for your wedding to ensure that every detail is taken care of. Numerous wedding packages and catering options are available, and your guests can stay overnight with parking, pet-friendly facilities, & complimentary WIFI.

The Sandpiper was designed to resemble an Erie Canal Boat. The Sandpiper is the most budget friendly of our two vessels. Guests love utilizing this vessel to be on one level with their friends and family.
