“I met Danielle years ago at one of our very first weddings. We were both just starting out, and didn't have the experience either of us have today. I remember meeting her and feeling instantly like I had known her for decades. She has an innate understanding of how a wedding day should work and how a couple should be treated, and quickly she became one of my favorite filmmakers to work with. Now, despite the distance between her and I, she is one of my favorite humans. What started out as a professional networking relationship pretty much immediately resulted in a friendship— I trust Danielle with all kinds of things I don't even trust my closer circle with. The way she treated our couple, even way back then when she was just starting out, was very much like they were her friends or family members— not clients. She's only gotten better at anticipating a couple's needs. I have worked with hundreds of videographers since then and Danielle will always be my number one because she just gets it. She will bend over backward for a bride, help pin boutonnières, make beautiful, stylistic decisions under extreme pressure, and still be right next to you on the dance floor 8 hours later. Danielle has NEVER once ruined a shot in the thousands of images I've taken along her side (I'm sure I've ruined plenty of her footage with my big head in the way). Technically and stylistically, her work speaks for itself. She has an energy that I could only dream of trying to bring to a wedding— it's bubbly, overjoyed for you, and she's more than able to take charge when needed. BUT, she is also so sensitive to her couple's needs and to other vendors' needs. She will work tirelessly to make sure she is in line with what you need for your day, capturing her footage without interrupting the other services you have throughout the day and without taking up insane amounts of time. Danielle will never make you fake it— she gets it right the first time, documenting real beautiful moments.
