Welcome to All4One Farms, where we specialize in turning your dream wedding into an unforgettable reality. Nestled across 100 acres of picturesque woodland, sprawling pastures, and beneath the shade of majestic oak trees, our venue offers an enchanting backdrop for your special day. Family owned and operated since 1969. We are located in Clay County just south of Jacksonville but a world away from all the city hustle. Antique oak pews provide seating for the ceremony and our open air barn provides plenty of room and beautiful views for the reception. Whether your style is simple elegance, supper fancy, or charming and rustic, we can help you make that happen.     We had our wedding here in September 2024 and it beyond met our expectations. The venue itself was so beautiful and we had such a great experience with the staff! Everybody was so personable and helpful in making our day what it was! I could not recommend, this venue enough. If you were looking for an outdoor space, this is the one for you. It’s still provides wonderful coverage without sacrificing the feeling of being outside. The lighting was amazing and it really gave such a romantic atmosphere as the sun went down. The grounds also make a beautiful place for photographs!! This is a very special and intimate place for a wedding!

    We had the perfect wedding experience at All 4 One Farms. It was the first venue we toured and I found myself comparing every venue after to it. Not only were the Lassiters a dream to work with, but the venue was everything I could want for our special day. From the beautiful pews to the amazing open air barn to the stunning bridal suite and groom’s room, I couldn’t be happier with our choice and I can’t recommend All 4 One enough!
