Turning our, still functioning, cattle farm into a venue is how we have managed to keep doing what we know and love with a new opportunity to share the beauty of the land with others. When thinking about that perfect place to host your special event, the Country Club of Culpeper is the top choice. The Club has a long-established history of providing great food and gracious service for any and all occasions. Be it an anniversary, birthday party, wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, or corporate holiday party, the warmth of our elegant country setting will delight you and your guests. The Club's Main Dining Room can accommodate from 25 to 125 guests. Couples can invite their guests to join them on the front lawn of the Country Club for a scenic wedding ceremony. This site overlooks the emerald golf course and sparkling lake. The primary reception space, the Main Dining Room, is a long banquet hall space that seats up to 120 guests for a reception. In this main hall, couples will find large windows upon two of the walls, chandeliers, and a charcoal grey-colored carpet and dance floor.

The Space Downtown was created in late 2010 by owners of chefs Tim Burgess and Vincent Derquenne. The two have been partners since 1991, creating their first restaurant Metropolitain which operated in the same location as Space. It closed in 2003 and the chef pair sold the restaurant but remained owners of the building. In early 2010, the location became vacant and the two decided to open for private parties only.
