Hiddenbrooke Hills was a gorgeous venue and the team at Wedgewood Weddings made our day absolutely memorable! I really wanted something that felt like a garden wedding and this place definitely delivered. We had a gorgeous garden ceremony but we were through the moon about the pavilion, it looked so elegant! The entire day was so fun and easy with the help of my Wedgewood Weddings coordinator and banquet captain who made sure my husband and I were taken care of the entire day. If there were issues, I wasn't aware because they were so on top of taking care of everything. Thank you so much Wedgewood Weddings for making our wedding day amazing!

Black Oak Mountain Vineyards is a dream wedding venue. This is MY perfect spot after touring it...there was no need to look at any other venues. Seriously. Jane and her team blew me away. They're SO creative and fun to work with. The vineyard views are breathtaking as well as the Villa. You can really see forever and I love how private the entire property is. The planning team is top-notch so far and I chose their in-house bar service.. They're helping me bring all my wild ideas to life. We're even planning a silent disco for the reception afterparty! What I love most is how they let me be me and have encouraged all of my ideas for my wedding theme. Our wedding was 5.4.24 and was one of the best days of our lives thanks to everyone at Gold Hill Gardens. From the friendly service, attention to detail, extra decor, gorgeous house, beautiful venue spots, and everything in between. Even with rain and a massive hail storm, we were able to have so many options for our ceremony and reception and Mike even checked in on us! We could not of asked for a more perfect venue and staff to work with for our big day. We will forever owe Gold Hill Gardens for one of the best days of our life that we can look back on forever!

We knew that we wanted to get married at David Girard Vineyards as soon as we toured the property. It is truly magical and breathtaking place, and Justin Sawyer (on-site wedding management team) was so professional and helpful. The venue was very flexible in allowing us access as we needed for rehearsal and on the day-of (bridal suite, etc.). I would absolutely recommend this venue to other couples. We rented Golden Hill Ranch for an intimate wedding celebration. The property is stunning, and the pool is so much fun for hanging out during the day. If you’re hosting friends or family from out of town, this is a great option as you can use the property for the pool during the daytime and then use lawn for the evening events. The staff were great and we were so happy with how everything turned out!

We loved having our wedding @ Camp Nauvoo. We live outside the country so I wanted a place that could provide chairs, tables and a majority of the decor.(the owners have a lot of wedding stuff you can use!) I also wanted to be able to stay there and to be able to give those who flew in from around the world a place to stay as well. It worked out perfectly! 120 guests, with 38 choosing to stay on site. Those who flew from far away stayed in the glamping sites and those who lived in town brought their own supplies and camped. We also used their recommendation for dinner - fantastic Mexican food. 10/10 would recommend, would use again but hopefully I'm only getting married once, maybe a family reunion next time.

Rainbow Lodge is an amazing venue! When we booked Rainbow Lodge we got the property from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon and 60 of our guests got to stay with us. This allowed for more time with friends and family during our wedding weekend and our guests had the best time. The lodge has a wondering swimming hole, beautiful lawn and wonderfully kept grounds. The Lodge itself has so much character and getting the whole space for the weekend was so much fun! Emily made the booking process so easy and was there to answer all our questions while we planned our wedding weekend. We were able to host both the rehearsal and wedding at the Lodge. I recommend Rainbow Lodge to anyone, it was such a special venue!

We got married at Sugar Bowl's Lake Mary Venue in August 2024. It was truly magical! First, the venue itself is stunning. The lake is owned by the resort so it's very private and intimate. Many of our guests had never been to the Tahoe area and we're blown away. Kim was super communicative and helpful from Day 1 - we used her list of preferred vendors and everyone was worked with was excellent. The food was delicious, the staff were professional and courteous and the whole day ran so smoothly. We were able to use the Belt Room Bar for our after party, which was the perfect way to top it off. We would 1000% do it all over again - it was the perfect place to get married.

Planning a multi-day Indian wedding is challenging, but planning a destination Indian wedding in Tahoe came with an incredible number of benefits and challenges. Somehow, the wedding and event coordination team at Palisades managed to take on 200 out-of-town guests and 3 days of events and turn it into the best weekend of our lives! From the attentive guest experience for our friends and family staying on-site to curating a brand new Indian fusion menu for our mountaintop Sangeet, Mercedes and her team went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Our guests are still talking about how incredible our locations were (Sangeet at High Camp, Ceremony in front of Olympic Valley Lodge and Reception inside the lodge) and I still can't believe how lucky we were to find our dream venue. Every single person we worked with went out of their way to work with us and our families and did it with the most positive, professional and proactive mentality that made us feel so comfortable and excited. Having a 3-day wedding celebration was something we had never heard of before, but The Ranch made it an absolute dream - from the welcome party with s'mores on Friday, to the main event on Saturday, and the farewell brunch on Sunday. I cannot say enough about Elaine and her family, making themselves available to us throughout the planning stage. They also made sure we had everything in place for the day of the event. Make sure you tour the cottage and consider renting it for your event. It made the day perfect for getting ready and we spent our wedding night there.

She jumped right in and brought such positive energy, making sure every detail was handled – and we were lucky enough to have another venue coordinator, Haley, come on board for our rehearsal and for the big day – her help was absolutely invaluable!
